Universum survey

CareerTest is an annual survey of students and graduates worldwide, conducted by IAE France partner Universum.

The survey provides respondents, companies and schools with valuable information:

- Find out which employers most closely match your profile, and the salary expectations of other students and graduates in your field.
- Obtain information on your career profile (your strengths and areas for improvement).
- Help employers adapt their offers, improve their recruitment processes and employer brand, and offer you opportunities that match your profile.
- Improve your school's Career Center offering. In particular, your feedback enables us to fine-tune our events in terms of business or sector themes, format, etc.
- Access self-knowledge tools to assess your soft skills and learn about them for future interviews.
