An annual off-site event for IGR Alumni

Last Wednesday saw the annual meeting of IGR Alumni, for the first time outside the walls of IGR-IAE Rennes, in the magnificent new premises of MV Group in Cesson.

An opportunity to take a look at the various activities of the IGR-IAE Rennes alumni network:

- The Marketing & Communications department, with the presentation of the new logo, the redesign of the IGR Alumni website underway, and a Linkedin page celebrating its 1st anniversary.

- The young CSR Pole with the presentation of the IGR Alumni CSR Diagnostic (discover it here), the "CSR for managers" conference cycle and many other projects to come.

- The creation of the Student Relations Pole, federating the student initiatives undertaken over many years. IGR Alumni Prize in partnership with Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, KF-FC on Saturday mornings, bringing together all generations of students, and numerous awareness-raising initiatives throughout the year.
👉 This division is looking for a student relations officer, preferably based in Rennes.

- Webinars: 11 to be held in 2021, bringing together graduates on specific topics.

- The Entrepreneurship cluster, with achievements such as participation in the "Adopte un alumni" evening and a webinar on "s'associer pour entreprendre".
👉 A new dynamic for this cluster, with a new roadmap to build.

- Pôle Insertion: support for young graduates between September and January to help them integrate into working life.
👉 This department is looking for guides for young graduates

- The Networks & Collective Intelligence Pole: actions to identify the expectations & needs of graduates on the network, organization of a new Speed Business Meeting.
👉 This division is looking for a network coordinator

- The International Department: in view of the current economic climate, this department has slowed down over the last two years, but new projects may be set up, such as professional support for international students at the IGR, and an international delegation is being set up in Paris.
👉 This department is looking for an international student relations officer.

- The HR & Management Pole: regular actions are set up with webinars or practical workshops.

- The Delegations: a dynamic way to bring the IGR-IAE Rennes spirit to life!
Graduates in Rennes, Vannes, Nantes, Brest-Quimper and Paris can take part in company visits, friendly afterworks and workshops.
👉 We're looking for new delegates in Côtes d'Armor, Mayenne and Anjou.

- Class of 2012 initiative: this weekend, the class of 2012 met up in Guidel to celebrate their 10th anniversary! The IGR spirit remained intact in a joyful and convivial atmosphere. A review here
The challenge is on for the class of 2013!

- Relations with other IAE alumni networks, through IAE France.
This department is looking for an inter-IAE Alumni Relations Officer, preferably based in Paris.

Today, IGR Alumni has over 2,300 members and more than 22,000 graduates.

Sound management of the association, with a small profit in 2021, and a balanced budget for 2022.
A mid-term renewal of the team voted unanimously to drive forward and implement the various actions.

IGR Alumni is recruiting new vital forces, with dedicated missions.
It's a voluntary commitment to share and develop skills, but also to get involved with the school and meet graduates of all backgrounds and ages.
Every year, we organize a "forces vives" meal, as well as a number of other events throughout the year.
