Collective Workshop #2: Successful recruitment interviews

IGR Alumni offers job search support for young graduates: Alumni Insertion.

The theme of this second workshop is "The fundamentals of a successful recruitment interview".

• The interview starts before the interview!
  
  
• The opening and the flow (what you want to say, what you can say, what you want to know)
  
  
• Managing time, yourself and your interviewer,
  
  
• Conclusion and follow-up.

Due to the current situation, the meeting will only take place remotely.

Registrants will receive the connection link 24 hours in advance.

The program includes four group workshops from October to January:

- Les outils de mon insertion professionnelle (October 21)

- Successful recruitment interviews (December 15)

- Developing a "Pro" attitude and my personal impact

- Prepare for salary negotiations

New for 2020/2021: personalized support in the form of individual interviews.

Target audience: graduates (young and old) looking for work, and continuing education students looking to retrain, whether or not they are members.
