Finistère delegation meeting
Organised by "FINISTERE"
Outdoor CODEV session
After a year behind our screens, we invite you to a physical meeting of the IGR Alumni Finistère delegation onJune 15 at 6:30 pm in Plougastel Daoulas, Chapelle Saint Jean (3 minutes from Leclerc).
As this is Quality of Life at Work Week, the theme of which is "working together", we invite you to take part in a professional co-development experience led by Hélène Plassoux, founder of IDJINOV and graduate of the Master 2 in HRM.
A welcome drink will be offered at the end of the session (in case of bad weather, we'll hold the session in the Chapelle Saint Jean).
What is co-development?
Co-development is a collective intelligence approach centered on action, which encourages the improvement of practices through sharing and collective learning between peers.
It's a simple, pragmatic, step-by-step process that enables each participant to take a fresh look at the situations they encounter, share their experiences and ideas, and broaden their capacity for reflection, decision-making and solutions. To find out more, click here
Once you've registered, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to prepare for the experience.
Please note that places are limited to 10 people.
We look forward to seeing you there!
