Screening-Debate "Ruptures

IGR-IAE Rennes is pleased to invite you to an evening event: a screening of the film "Ruptures" followed by a round-table discussion on "Changing course after your studies?" with guests, teacher-researchers and alumni of IGR-IAE Rennes.

6:30pm-7:30pm: Screening of the film "Ruptures

7:30-8:30 pm: Round-table discussion on "Changing course after your studies", moderated by Marianne Pestiaux, in charge of distributing the film Ruptures.

This round-table discussion will feature IGR-IAE Rennes alumni talking about their career paths:

• Nolwenn Ropars, Member of the IGR Alumni CSR Unit and Carbon Consultant at O2m Conseil
• Marine Lejeune, Consultant and trainer at Agence Déclic
• Lucie Verdon, Itinerant advisor at La Nef, the ethical bank

And teacher-researchers from IGR-IAE Rennes:

• Fanny Reniou, Senior Lecturer HDR in Marketing and in charge of DD&RS at IGR-IAE Rennes
• Christophe Vignon, Senior Lecturer HDR in Human Resources Management at IGR-IAE Rennes

The film Ruptures has been causing a sensation since its release, winning the "coup de coeur du jury" award at the Cannes 2021 International Ecological and Social Film Festival. The film tells the story of 6 young graduates who broke away from the path they had been promised because, in their view, it was not up to environmental and societal challenges. The documentary tells the story of this change of direction, which is becoming increasingly common among young graduates of the grandes écoles.
