An urban dairy opens its doors in Rennes

As soon as we heard about his new professional activity,we asked Yann AUDRAIN to tell us more.

Yoghurts and cheeses "made in Rennes" - that's the promise of La Laiterie Rennaise, the 1st urban dairy to open its doors in Rennes: urban, artisanal and local!

We're delighted to share its opening with you on Friday, January 31.

Located in the heart of the Pommeraie district, on the Esplanade du Landry at 175 rue de Chateaugiron, La Laiterie Rennaise completes the commercial offer currently being set up.

Fabienne and Yann, the driving force behind this new concept in Rennes, collect cow's and goat's milk from local organic producers, before processing it in their boutique workshop, which opens onto the street. Passers-by can watch innovative yoghurts, gourmet dairy desserts and homemade cheeses being made.

To limit our environmental impact, we package our products in returnable glass jars.
