New project questionnaire

A young graduate, Ombeline MOREL COURTIN, has sent us a request concerning a project she is carrying out as part of her studies:

Currently in the market research phase for a project that aims to create a concept combining a tea room/café and a sales area dedicated to local creations in the Grand Ouest region (Brittany, Normandy, Pays de la Loire).

To refine this concept, I have prepared two questionnaires:
- For creators/artisans: to better understand their needs and expectations.
- For the general public: to gather opinions on this type of concept.
